Our Quality Management System will, at a minimum, comply with ISO 9001, and we will strive to obtain recognized certification to this standard.

Weee Recycle ICT will consistently aim for ongoing improvement in all facets of its operations, which will be supported by regular assessments of performance data conducted by senior management.

The Quality Management System will support processes that gather customer feedback, measure satisfaction levels, and assess product and service performance, enabling senior management to set objectives for the organization and track these for continuous enhancement.

The senior leadership team will be accountable for the successful execution and advancement of the Quality Management System. They will ensure that sufficient resources, appropriate competency levels, and staff compliance with requirements are upheld to achieve the set objectives.

All employees are required to comply with the provisions of the Quality Management System.
