The health and safety goal of Weee Recycle ICT is to reduce the frequency of workplace accidents and illnesses, striving for zero RIDDOR reportable incidents. As part of its Zero Harm commitment, Weee Recycle ICT will persist in promoting the reporting of all near misses, incidents, and accidents. These events will be monitored and evaluated through a set of occupational health and safety goals that include tracking accidents and near misses.
The managing director holds the overall responsibility for the effectiveness of the health & safety policy and for evaluating its performance.
The senior leadership team is tasked with the execution of health and safety policies and procedures.
Every employee has a duty to ensure their own safety and that of anyone else who may be impacted by their actions.
Employees will be provided with the necessary equipment, information, training, and supervision to enact the policy and achieve the outlined goal.
Weee Recycle ICT has established a safety committee to promote the involvement and consultation of all employees regarding health and safety issues. All sectors of the organization are included in this committee.

Senior management will guarantee the establishment of effective systems for reporting injuries and illnesses, with subsequent notifications to regulatory authorities as mandated.
Should a staff member genuinely believe that their immediate work conditions are unsafe, they are authorized to cease work and relocate to a safe area. Any such incidents must be communicated to line management as soon as it is safe to do so.
Weee Recycle ICT will maintain a manual outlining how it will comply with relevant health and safety laws, guidelines, or best practices, ensuring that all pertinent information is accessible to its employees and other stakeholders.
