Business Continuity Policy Statement

Weee Recycle ICT Limited will implement a business continuity management system designed to identify and assess risks to business continuity that may arise from foreseeable events and their potential effects on operations.

This management system will facilitate effective strategies for loss prevention, resilience against business impacts, and damage reduction, all based on evaluated risks. Business continuity plans will be created and updated to establish a clear set of recovery goals and relevant information for the senior management team to utilize in the event of incidents that significantly affect the business.

The managing director will hold the ultimate responsibility for the effectiveness of the planning process, ensuring that these plans evolve to address the changing and growing needs of the business in the future.

The senior leadership team will oversee the continuous assessment of continuity management performance, the allocation of sufficient resources, and a commitment to the ongoing enhancement of the system.

Departmental representatives across the organization will be tasked with creating business continuity plans at their respective levels, ensuring that effective planning and testing fulfill all necessary contractual and legal obligations.

The risk and compliance team will assist the managing director by maintaining coordination and integrity within the business continuity team and overseeing the planning implementation. The risk & compliance manager will be accountable for providing senior management with insights into continuity management performance for evaluation.

The extent of planning and resources allocated will depend on the assessed risk of potential events and their likely impact on critical processes or assets. The depth of planning and investment in resources will align with the identified risk indicators.

Business continuity planning will be executed to reassure all stakeholders of the organization’s commitment and capability to handle potential significant disruptions to business operations.
